Supporting Operational Excellence on Site - Your primary goal is to assist the Technician in executing the project plan through vital tasks like site preparation, cable pulling, and installing physical pathways like trunking and trays.
You will play a key role in tool management, site sanitization, and basic device installation under supervision.
By maintaining organized workspaces and adhering to all safety regulations, you ensure that our infrastructure is easy to manage and built to last.

Command the Cable Route:
Assist in maintaining high standards of cable routing and resource use to ensure tools and quality cables are used with maximum efficiency.
Proactive Pathfinding:
Support the use of technical knowledge to find the best paths for cables and help fix issues before they delay the project.
Ensure Operational Readiness:
Support the ownership of tools and equipment by ensuring everything is ready, well-maintained, and used strategically across sites.
Bridge the Communication Gap:
Act as a helpful link between the site and the office to ensure a smooth response to project demands.
Guarantee Installation Quality:
Assist in maintaining strict quality control over cabling and connections to ensure professional results in every phase.

Basic Requirement
Degree Required:
Education Level in Any of the Following:
- SPM / O-Level or Vocational Certificate.
- Technical Training in Electrical or Electronic works.
Experience Required:
Hands-on experience in ELV or Networking (1–2 years).
Fresh graduates with high discipline are welcome to apply.
Value Added Skills:
- Fiber Optic Splicing.
- Reading Technical Site Plans.
- Valid Driving License (Class D/GDL)
